2 ingredient Pancake recipe

Soon it will be Pancake Day YAY!.  I love pancakes, so I thought I would try and make some and so I found this great recipe on the web. Its very quick and easy and only has 2 ingredients banana & eggs yes that`s right!. So this also makes its healthy (until to add all the extras :-) )


All you need is :-
2 X Ripe Bananas 
2 X Medium eggs






1st mash up the 2 bananas and 2 eggs into a bowl.


2. Beat them until a thick paste, shown here

3.Heat up a frying pan with a small amount of oil and when hot place a small amount of mixture into the pan, about 2 large tablespoons. As this has no flour the mixture tends to break if you pour in too much in  one go.


4.Fry for a few minutes each side then serve hot. I choose to go with fresh Blue berries and small agave  syrup but add what  you fancy.
