Last Sunday I went with Mum & Dad to taste of London in
Regent's Park. Some of London's top restaurants had stands there and you could
try delicious dishes at very good prices paying with crowns which you can buy
on the day (1 Crown = £1). Although the restaurants were the main part of
the event, there were lots of other things happening too. I really love
chocolate (who doesn't ?!) and both Lindt & Sprungli & Green &
Black's had stands with so many different flavours to sample and buy. Oh and I
loved watching a chocolate making demo at the Lindt stand - white chocolate
praline which was so yummy! Also the Shana stand was making little pancake type
snacks which they dusted with cinnamon.

Innocent Drinks (I love their smoothies) were giving out
glasses of their new Coconut Water. Mum said, " It was very refreshing and
was served
nicely chilled". The London Tea Company & T2 both had a
great selection of tea to buy. For adults there was Prosecco tasting and over
in the VIP Lounge, my Dad got to make a vodka cocktail with Ketel One Vodka. I
helped him add some spices to the drink. The VIP Lounge was really nice and was
a good place to relax out of the sun and there was a DJ. There was also The
Band Stand with bands/singers entertaining the crowds.

There were so many things to try, see and do at taste, it's
impossible to list everything and I'd be a lot older by the time I'd finished!
This is the place for you if you love food and trying new things, want to learn
more about food and drink and want to buy tasty things!
But if you can't wait until next summer, don't worry. Taste
of London Winter is at Tobacco Dock 19-22 November 2015.
